Terms of Service

Welcome to DigitalBrief, operating at digitalbrief.pro, where we provide professional digital law advisory and compliance guidance.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using our website, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.
2. Description of Offerings
DigitalBrief provides three categories of offerings:
- Services: Personalized advisory sessions and compliance consulting.
- Info Products: Digital materials such as guides, templates, and toolkits.
- Goods: Printed materials or toolkits shipped to your address.
3. Payment Terms
All fees for Services, Info Products, and Goods are due before delivery or access. Accepted payment methods include credit card, bank transfer, and other options listed on the Site. Failure to remit payment may result in suspension of access or cancellation.
4. Refund Policy
4.1 Services
Clients may request a refund within 7 days of payment, provided no substantive work has begun. A 10% administrative fee applies to cover processing costs. To submit a request, use our contact form. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 business days. Once advisory work has commenced or a session has been delivered, refunds are not available. However, you may reschedule a session with at least 48 hours’ notice at no extra charge.
4.2 Info Products
Access to digital materials is granted immediately upon payment. Due to the nature of digital delivery, Info Products are non-refundable once access is provided.
4.3 Goods
Physical items may be returned within 30 days of delivery if unopened and in original condition. The customer covers return shipping. After inspection, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 21 business days.
5. Rescheduling and Cancellations
Service appointments may be rescheduled with at least 48 hours’ notice. Cancellations less than 48 hours prior to a session are subject to a 50% fee. No-show appointments incur the full session fee.
6. Intellectual Property
All content provided by DigitalBrief, including text, graphics, and design, is proprietary and protected. You may not reproduce or distribute any part without prior written consent.
7. Limitation of Liability
DigitalBrief’s liability for any claim arising under these Terms is limited to the amount you paid for the service or product in question. Under no circumstances will DigitalBrief be responsible for indirect or consequential losses.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal statutes of Canada. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Vancouver, British Columbia.

10. Changes to Terms
